Refund & Returns Policy

KG Laser Cutting & Generators manufactures custom and made-to-order products. Due to the nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are manufactured according to customer specifications, measurements, designs, or requirements. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has commenced.

2. Returns Eligibility

Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product supplied is incorrect;
  • The product is damaged upon delivery;
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported to KG Laser Cutting & Generators within 48 hours of delivery together with clear photographs and proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalised products;
  • Products manufactured according to customer-provided specifications;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear;
  • Products returned without prior approval.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Where a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for all shipping or courier costs associated with returning the item to KG Laser Cutting & Generators. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

5. Inspection & Resolution

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, KG Laser Cutting & Generators will determine whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

KG Laser Cutting & Generators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
